Stirring,winding,spinning,whizzing. Tick tock, no extra Minutes

Thoughts darting,racing,going,the World  goes round,

Get things done,drive,create,roll with the punches. On the wheel ,off,or beneath do not be late.

Expectations met, I barely know you. Shuttle,Juke pivot, move…important thoughts

Slow your breath ,watch your step, close your eyes…. another, deeply. Nostrils flare ,expanding lungs ,unwind the clock. Wheel slows down its spinning groove. Step off,shake hands,embrace,look into their eyes, say their name,know thyself.
